This contemporary French style studio is wonderful for short term rentals or longer stays. On the 2nd floor (no elevator), overlooking a beautiful and very calm courtyard, the studio makes a wonderfully quiet Marais retreat. Freshly renovated, its hardwood floors and intact finishing make it very cozy and comfortable. The studio is perfect for 2 adults, just friends or a couple (two twin beds that convert into one king size bed) who want to enjoy the great liveliness and practicalities of the Marais district, but in a calm, homey environment.

With rue de Bretagne just next door and the Picasso Museum around the corner, the apartment embraces the heart of the Marais and central Paris with all the typical French commerce you could ever wish for, including three boulangeries (bakeries), a number of boucheries (butchers), poissonneries (fish markets), epiceries (grocery stores), primeurs (fruit/vegetable shops), fleuristes (flower shops), bar/tabacs (tobacco shops), cafés and lots of excellent and charming restaurant. It is only minutes from the Musée Picasso and a fifteen-minute walk to Saint-Paul, Hôtel de Ville and Notre Dame. The location is great with dozens of transportation lines, you're only minutes away from just about every part of the city.
